As per Federal Coast Guard Regulations, when you charter a private yacht, you are only allowed yourself plus 12 guests.
This either means another booking already exists on the boat selected that may overlap with your requested time/day or you are selecting a shorter charter duration than allowed for the departure time.
Exact location of your departure dock with directions to get there is provided in your confirmation email after you book. You can also take a look at the map at the bottom of each boat booking page.
Yes, the card used to place the booking and your matching ID must be brought in person the day of charter to your boat when you are ready to board.
The Credit or Debit card on file is used to furnish payment for your final balance prior to your departure. If no active card is on file, charters can be forfeited for failure to administer payment prior to departure.
