As per Federal Coast Guard Regulations, when you charter a private yacht, you are only allowed yourself plus 12 guests.

This either means another booking already exists on the boat selected that may overlap with your requested time/day or you are selecting a shorter charter duration than allowed for the departure time.

Exact location of your departure dock with directions to get there is provided in your confirmation email after you book. You can also take a look at the map at the bottom of each boat booking page.

Yes, the card used to place the booking and your matching ID must be brought in person the day of charter to your boat when you are ready to board.

The Credit or Debit card on file is used to furnish payment for your final balance prior to your departure. If no active card is on file, charters can be forfeited for failure to administer payment prior to departure.

Payment Collection Terms

  • Vessels under 40ft require payment to be made in full 48 business hours prior to your departure date. Failure to pay your balance in full 48 business hours prior to your departure date will result in cancelation of booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
  • Vessels 40ft or larger require payment to be made in full 72 business hours prior to your departure date. Failure to pay your balance in full 72 business hours prior to your departure date will result in cancelation of booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
  • Multi day term charters or charters on any vessel that exceed a total amount due of $5,000 require a minimum 50% deposit to secure the booking via zelle, wire or bank transfer only. Full balances must be paid in full 72 business hours prior to vessels departure date. Failure to pay the balance in full 72 business hours prior to departure date will result in cancelation of booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
  • Some vessels may require damage security deposits to be placed in order to book the vessel.
  • Any bookings made that are less than 24 hours from departure time are payable via zelle, wire or bank transfer only. Credit cards are not accepted for bookings made less than 24 hours from departure time.
  • Any bookings made that exceed a toal amount due of $3,000 are payable via zelle, wire or bank transfer only.
  • We do not accept spilt payments from multiple parties’ credit cards or from multiple cards from the same person. All credit card payments must be from 1 primary charter guest on 1 credit card only.
  • We do not accept virtual credit cards that do not display card information. Card number, expiration date, CVC cumber and name of authorized card holder must be displayed on card used and brought in person the day of your charter to board your charter vessel.
  • We do not accept pre-paid credit cards.
  • we do not accept checks or money orders.

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring any additional food or beverage items you would like with you the day of your charter. We do not allow red wine or other obviously staining beverages onboard. We also offer Catering services in the event you would like us to supply food for your charter.

We do offer day charter hazardous weather cancellation refunds and charter rescheduling without any additional fees. Certain conditions apply. To see what conditions apply please view our Term of Services .

We know unforeseen travel events can occur that may inhibit a timely arrival for your charter departure. However, events such as canceled or delayed flights, traffic, late taxis, Uber, Lyft or other ride sharing complications are not considered cancellable conditions and do not alter the details of your charter booking. Please plan your booking accordingly to give yourself and your group a buffer window for any unforeseen travel delays or traffic that you may encounter.

As long as no other bookings have been placed or interfere with moving your reservation to another one of our available vessels, changes can be made up to 1 time to select a different vessel.

  • Local inland slow speed cruising.
  • Complimentary Ice, water and soda.
  • Most of the boats larger than 38 ft have cabins, kitchens, air conditioning and bathrooms onboard.
  • The boats have great sound systems and you can play your own music using your phone.
  • Towels if you’d like to swim.
  • Any additional food or beverage items you’d like.

Fast speed cruising requests or long-distance destination requests will incur additional fuel surcharge fees. Please inquire for quotes if you are planning this type of cruising with your charter vessel.

Due the sensitive nature of the yacht’s flooring and deck, shoes are not to be worn onboard the boat

Smoking is not allowed onboard the yachts; however, Electronic Cigarettes or Vaping is Permitted.

  • Balloons are not allowed onboard. They can make it difficult for crew to navigate the boat by blocking their view and if they pop and go in the water they are terrible for the environment and marine life.
  • We do not allow self tanning oils or ‘bronzers’ onboard the yachts. They tend to stain the yacht’s upholstery and are very difficult to remove.
  • Avoid wearing denim or jean articles of clothing as the dyes can seep into the yachts upholstery when wet.
  • No temporary hair dye or wigs. The ink seeps out from moisture and humidity and can stain and damage the yacht.
  • Do not bring red wine or other obviously staining beverages. When spilled they can damage and stain the yacht’s interior and upholstery.
  • We do not allow BBQ equipment, hookah, shisha, or other items that utilize open flames, gas, propane, coals, etc.
  • NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED ON THE BOATS.
  • Pets are not allowed onboard the yacht.(Except with permission)
  • If CHARTERER or their guests should damage upholstery, flooring or any of other surface with the dye from wet clothing, hair, beverages or from smoking, CHARTERER will be charged to repair or replace the damaged items and or surfaces.
